Graydon Medical Management provides a comprehensive menu of medical, surgical, psychiatric, and urgent/emergent practice management and billing options. This allows us the goal of providing a complete package of services that will allow practitioners the freedom to practice medicine and provide quality medical care in an efficient and comfortable environment. The core team at Graydon Medical Management is committed to providing prompt service with an emphasis on personalized oversight of individual accounts. It is our philosophy that providers of medical services should be paid promptly and appropriately in compliance with the applicable rules, regulations and laws. We therefore offer a menu of service options that range from providing billing and coding services related to the initiation of a new individual or group practices, the oversight and management of established individual or group practices, and revenue management, to assistance with the closure of an active practice or the transfer of a practice to another venue. Practitioners may individually tailor the range and scope of services to be provided by Graydon Medical Management.

Company Principals:

Marianne D. Hayden, R.N., B.S.N., Owner

Mrs. Hayden has twenty-six years of medical and physician practice management experience in Tucson. Initially she managed medical centers for CIGNA Healthplan and eventually developed a consulting service for individual physicians and large group practices. She has extensive experience in contracting, practice development, physician compensation packages, employee benefit packages, systems oversight, credentialing, office design, accounting, practice administration, employee management, policies and procedures, as well as budget development/oversight.

Frederick P. Dodson, M.H.A., Consultant: Graydon Medical Management

Mr. Dodson has over twenty-five years of healthcare senior executive level experience in healthcare companies. That experience includes; market/product level CEO roles with PruCare and PacifiCare; hospital CEO role with Lutheran Health Systems (now Banner Health); and Senior Vice President of managed care and physician practice management at Franciscan Health System (now Catholic Health Initiatives). Mr. Dodson assists in regular review of company performance and business practices and is available to work with management on a number of physician practice matters.
